
Click on the text and then under the monitor your game is on, it should say your Display Resolution and Refresh Rate (hz)

On Windows 10 you open the settings app, go to display and near the bottom there is highlighted text that says "Advanced Display Settings".To find out on Windows 11, open the settings app, go to display and then advanced display and then under the monitor your game is on, it should say "Desktop Mode" and then your display resolution and refresh rate. I had this issue for a while and here is the solution that worked for me, I will list other solutions that I have seen as well
